We are looking for an experienced, resourceful and results-driven technical recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in advancing our talent acquisition strategy. This role is not for someone who waits for applicants to show up - we need someone who takes initiative, builds pipelines proactively, and delivers top-tier hires with speed and precision.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional talent across a range of roles. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle- from crafting sourcing strategies and identifying qualified candidates to assessing fit and facilitating a high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and confidently, and knows how to drive results. You're not just a recruiter- you're a trusted partner to hiring managers, a champion for candidates, and a key contributor to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, business goals and team dynamics
  • Proactively identify and attract top candidates through creative sourcing strategies- leveraging networks, referrals, social platforms, events and beyond
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for skill, fit, and potential
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, assessments, offers and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support future hiring needs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates
  • Maintain high standards for candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, clarity and follow-through at every step
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding and strong new hire integration
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5-8 years work experience as a recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with modern recruiting techniques, including social media recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • In-depth knowledge of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other IT professionals
  • Pilot or aviation enthusiast
