About the Role:

We here at CrowdStrike have a singular mission, We Stop Breaches, and we are looking for a seasoned identity expert to join our pre-sales engineering team to support the sales teams. Ideal locations are either Central or Eastern Time Zones.

What You'll Do:

Our Identity Protection Sales Engineering team is a dynamic, global team that helps customers every day to prevent the compromise and exploitation of identity. If you’re passionate about stopping breaches and securing customer environments and you have experience with Active Directory, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign on (SSO), and privileged access management then we want to hear from you.

The Identity Protection at CrowdStrike is one of the fastest growing areas of the business and we are looking for an experienced engineer to accelerate our sales in the Southeast Region. You’ll join a global team of identity experts that work hand-in-hand with our endpoint protection sales teams to deliver the most comprehensive breach prevention solution in the industry.

What You'll Need:

  • Be able to speak expertly about the identity components of the attack kill chain and identity-based tactics and techniques used by attackers

  • Understand Active Directory architecture, authentication, and attacks

  • Have a solid understanding of MFA technologies preferable with hands on experience with Okta, Ping, Duo, and Google MFA solutions

  • Communicate the value of our Identity Protection solution to engineers and executives alike

  • Seeks to understand first and is fearlessly inquisitive to achieve understanding

  • Feel at ease presenting to large audiences both remotely and in-person

  • Proactively shares the knowledge and expertise

  • Easily creates and maintains relationships with teammates, colleagues, and customers

  • Ask for feedback while demonstrating a continuous learning mindset

  • Have a minimum of 7-years experience in positions with primary technical responsibilities for Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, SSO, IAM, and/or PAM solutions

  • Experience with administration of CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection 

  • Willingly experiment with new technologies, techniques, and approaches to understand and communicate the unique value of Crowdstrike’s solutions

  • Have experience with penetration testing and red/purple team exercises focusing on identity-based attacks

  • Experience with Terraforn, Ansible, Powershell, and APIs is preferred

  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms (Salesforce, 365 etc) and security concepts (network security, endpoint security, threat detection).

Previous experience in a sales engineering role is beneficial but not required.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
