Job Title: SACM Software Analyst

Location: Austin, TX preferred. Would consider candidates with proximity to one of our other offices (Dallas, Atlanta, or Chicago)

Travel: limited. Ability to go into the office if required

Job Description:

We are looking for a SACM (service asset configuration management) Software Analyst who has strong analytical skills and is natural leader. • Ensure CMDB Content is up to date, working directly with Data Owners & Stakeholders • Assist with audits of CMDB data whenever necessary. Perform internal audits for the managed areas required and coordinate remediation efforts as appropriate • Ensure the data integrity and accuracy of information within the CMDB • Review accuracy and completeness of CMDB data • Facilitating/Improving Automation through Tooling Integrations with SCP, Customer and MSI data sources • Provides backup and SACM resource availability for APM • Collaborate with internal workstreams to improve processes and streamline operations • Provides data analysis for existing CMDB data and makes recommendations for improvements • Writes documentation for internal and customer/SCP facing processes • Participates in currency activities to ensure documentation is aligned with processes and procedures as executed operationally • Assists with training and guidance of team members as needed • Acts as SME for the SACM process and advises other workstreams as appropriate • Works directly with MSI tools to increase self-service through Service Catalog items • Provides support and backup to the Team Manager as needed
