Manager, Sales
Manage a team Sales Specialists to reach sales goals. The primary focus will be on the team’s daily and monthly sales quotas and executing various projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the performance and all aspects of operations of a high performance sales team
- Meet established sales quotas
- Train the sales team to adhere to the Business Services Department’s culture and standards
- Manage escalated calls to resolution
- Create daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports to submit to Director of Sales
- Conduct performance reviews to support skill sets and career development
- Maintain working knowledge of LegalZoom policies and regulations that govern LegalZoom
- Create and implement projects to improve sales conversion
- Enforce consistent operation, sales policies, performance management and procedures outlined by headquarter (HQ) in Los Angeles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of management experience in a sales environment
- Sales experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Efficient in multi-tasking (managing workload and time)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Adept at problem solving and making critical decisions
- Ability to interpret and implement company and state policies and processes
- Ability to grasp new and complex concepts
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of business and legal vocabulary preferred
