About BrainCheck

BrainCheck is the leading FDA Class II digital cognitive assessment device and care planning platform used by hundreds of providers nationwide. Our software helps clinicians detect and manage cognitive impairment early, empowering patients and families while driving better outcomes and reimbursement for health systems, practices, and ACOs.

We are now expanding our partnerships with independent neurology practices and specialty groups, enabling neurologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to screen, assess, and deliver care plans for patients with cognitive concerns seamlessly integrated into their daily workflows.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager, Neurology Practices will drive BrainCheck’s growth with independent neurology and neuropsychology groups across the U.S. This individual will manage the full sales process, from lead generation and relationship building to contracting and post-sale handoff, focusing on introducing BrainCheck’s cognitive testing and care planning platform to private neurology clinics and specialty groups.

The ideal candidate has experience selling clinical SaaS, diagnostics, or digital health solutions into physician-owned practices. You are confident engaging practice owners and clinicians, comfortable navigating reimbursement conversations (CPT codes, Medicare billing), and thrive on helping doctors grow their clinical and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new accounts among independent neurology, neuropsychology, and memory-care practices.

  • Understand customer pain points (workflow inefficiencies, missed diagnosis, low reimbursement) and position BrainCheck as the solution.

  • Partner with Success and Clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention.

  • Manage CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity tracking.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging for neurology audiences and coordinate local events/webinars.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly MRR targets.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience selling SaaS, diagnostics, or digital health into physician-owned practices in neurology.

  • Deep understanding of clinical operations and reimbursement in neurology, cognitive care, or chronic disease management.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to both clinicians and administrators.

  • Familiarity with CPT 96116, 96132, 99483, and collaborative care codes preferred.

  • Self-starter with exceptional organization and relationship management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Why Join BrainCheck
  • Mission-driven company transforming early detection and management of cognitive disorders.

  • Collaborative, innovative team at the intersection of digital health, neuroscience, and AI.

  • Competitive base salary + commission + benefits.

  • Opportunity to impact millions of patients and their families.
