About The Role


Shipwell provides our clients with world class customer service and execution of all their shipping needs. As an Account Coordinator you will be a member of our Account Management department. You will delight our customers with elite service by utilizing our proprietary systems to take a detail oriented approach to ensure that every step of the freight management process flows smoothly.


What You’ll Do


Own the day to day operations of our customers freight under the supervision of Account Managers and Management.


  • Follow Client and Shipwell SOPs provided by Account Managers and Sales.
  • Create shipments and schedule appointments for our carriers.
  • Become an expert at working with our clients Transportation Management Systems.
  • Track the progress of shipments in partnership with the Account Manager and communicate status updates both internally and externally.

What You’ll Need

  • College graduate holding a BA/BS degree
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Customer Service Experience (Logistics Experience not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships
