The Account Coordinator role provides operational support to the Loantek rates department, mortgage partners and investors, and account management teams. This person will be coordinating the implementation of mortgage rate table advertisements for our Bankrate partnerships primarily focused on powering rate data for mortgage partners’ rate listings.

What You'll Do: 

• Work with account management, external partners/investors, and internal/external teams to execute Bankrate rate table advertising through in-house pricing engine, Loantek
• Service client/investor pricing requests
• Resolve pricing issues
• New Account Onboarding Processing and host tutorials with new/existing clients.
• New Investor Setup

What We're Looking For:

• Good communication skills, both orally and written
• Basic proficiency in Excel the willingness to learn more/become more advanced (VBA)
• Strong detail management and personal ownership/accountability to the work
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with efficient and effective schedule management to adhere to all deadlines
• High level of flexibility and adaptability

A Plus if you have:

• Basic understanding of mortgage regulations/guidelines
• Mortgage pricing experience
• Basic Mortgage Math Knowledge
• Mortgage Industry Business Acumen
