Job Overview

Title: Account Executive, Influencer Marketing

Overview: A digitally savvy and organized thought-leader, you will support the data-driven execution of best in class influencer marketing programs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute influencer programs from identification of influencers, negotiations and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement
  • Managing the production process for sponsored and custom influencer content from briefing, implementation and recapping
  • Develop and maintain content cadence schedules and asset review process
  • Facilitate influencer approvals with brand for campaign assets
  • Track/Document all content, approvals and performance
  • Development of client-facing materials; casting sheets, scopes, formal offers, contracts and recap documents
  • Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact; reports to be based on client approved measurement plans
  • Develop stellar relationships with clients
  • Work with internal team to keep all projects organized and running smoothly including managing effective communication to Senior team members
  • Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts
  • Collaborate with business affairs on all Influencer contracts
  • Build direct relationships with influencers, as well as agents, managers, content production teams, etc. across categories on behalf of multiple clients
  • Ongoing identification of new influencers and exploration of talent on emerging platforms
  • Proactively ideate opportunities to increase brand affinity and advocacy with influencers for client programs
  • Attend and lead regularly scheduled client and new business communications providing effective recaps and notes to clients and internal teams
  • Assist in the overall growth of the agency

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years agency (or in-house) experience in a role with heavy experience driving influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of the influencer marketing space including tools, relationships with influencers, best and worst practices, social networks and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
  • Able to identify and execute unexpected or out-of-the-box ways to work with talent to harness their influence
  • Constantly on the pulse of the influencer marketing industry, recognizing and staying updated on the ever-changing landscape
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and effectively communicate with clients; extremely organized and manages time effectively
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics with a focus on analytics. Experience with leading vendor partners in the space is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize actionable recommendations for future campaigns
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative, flexible and self-motivated
  • Ability to create client-facing decks for campaign materials
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
