Dropoff is looking for an upbeat, highly motivated Account Executive in the Austin market.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to contribute both as an individual and as a team player. Someone who is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, as well as a quick learner and highly self-motivated. 

Account Executives are the front lines at Dropoff, proactively reaching out to business owners who need our same-day delivery services.  As an AE, you are expected to generate new leads, make calls,  and close deals while continually developing your professional sales skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up calls, emails, and social media

  • Document all prospecting activities in CRM (Hubspot) and provide a detailed account of activities associated with the account

  • Direct the sales process, including prospecting and qualifying of leads, as well as communicating the value proposition of Dropoff’s services.

  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

  • Understand competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to best position Dropoff in the market

  • Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery

  • You'll conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via webinar

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree

  • Demonstrated 1+ years of sales experience

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Successful track record in a sales-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics and/or SaaS companies

  • Proficient in utilizing Hubspot (or similar tool), LinkedIn/social networks, and -

  • Experience with a shared screen platform, such as GoToMeeting, Join.me, or WebEx

  • Previous experience with healthcare, legal, retail and business services
