As an Account Executive on the Strategic Accounts Team at A Cloud Guru, you'll be partnering with a POD consisting of a Global Strategic Account Manager (SAM), who will lead the POD, a Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) and a Sales Development Rep (SDR). You will be responsible for partnering with the POD on closing new business as well as renewing and growing current customer accounts. This is a high impact role that is perfectly suited for an experienced AE who is relentlessly optimistic, genuinely curious, and who deeply believes in delivering awesome customer experiences. As an Account Executive at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Prospect, develop, and close new customers for A Cloud Guru’s Teams cloud skills platform
- Grow and renew accounts assigned to the POD by 100%
- Close recurring revenue deals ranging from $5K - $250K
- Work in a team POD structure designed to drive velocity and value across the portfolio
- Identify, establish, and nurture decision maker relationships
- Create accurate forecasts and track all activities in Salesforce.com
- Deliver value drive solution, demo’s, and presentations
- Build and participate in quarterly business reviews for high-value customers
- Scale and document sales team practices
- Attend trade shows as required

- Accurately forecast and track activities in Salesforce

What you bring to the table

- 2+ years of experience in a quota carrying SaaS sales role
- Strong prospecting background, utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and other methods
- Proven ability to develop relationships at an enterprise level
- A history maximizing deal sizes with medium to large, complex organizations
- Top performer in previous roles with a track record of crushing goals
- Start-up experience a plus

What’s the interview process like at ACG?

We want to be as transparent about the process as possible to help ease your mind. It’s our goal to provide you a fair, efficient interviewing experience that respects you and your time — and to do it all with a sidecar of delight.
Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Depending on your role, you might then be asked to do a little homework (but nothing too time consuming). Then we’ll schedule a Zoom call to meet other members of the team, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for what it’s really like to work at ACG.
