About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role of the Account Manager is to manage the ongoing client relationships for Indeed Flex and act as a liaison between our divisions and contracted clients as appropriate.
The main purpose of the role is to provide account management for key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPI's and to provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advisory services which assist clients in improving recruitment processes, productivity, and overall performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years minimum of account management experience.
- RPO/ MSP staffing experience required.
- Must possess the desire to succeed and be obsessive about hitting contractual targets consistently.
- Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment.
- Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by being a great team player!
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills and have experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
- Doesn't over-promise, always follows through on commitments, and ensures no surprises. Uses confirmation and clarification techniques to manage expectations. Actively manages the perceptions of key stakeholders in client accounts.
- Take time to understand the client's business strategy, drivers, priorities, vision, goals, and plan. Can articulate the client's formal and informal organization.
