Job Title: Account Manager
Location: We are currently looking for Account Managers for Austin, Dallas, and Denver markets. (Must live in the market of management or be willing to relocate.)
Reporting to: COO, Rachel Struna

The Role
This position is responsible for building the AptAmigo brand and scaling operations. We need someone with excellent organizational skills with the ability to increase our portfolio of property offerings and maintain positive relationships with buildings in their market.
Immediately your job will be to:
Partner with NEW buildings or buildings we are not currently partnered with.
i.e. bringing buildings into our portfolio.
Execute contracts or gather written confirmation of payment for signed leases.
Track stats/data to advocate for higher commissions at partnered properties.
Be in the know about changes in your market, including Community Manager/management company turnovers and new construction/properties in your market.
Bi-weekly meetings with Sales managers in your market.
Respond to requests and questions via the BizDev slack channel.
Building relationship upkeep:
The initial introduction to new buildings - “Welcome to the Neighborhood”
Manage relationships with Leasing Managers (in-person visits, gifts, collecting feedback)
Knowledge of how to work best with each community (concession/commission changes, best scheduling/touring practices, etc)
Confirm in writing all commission fluctuations and communicate changes to the Sales and Operations teams.
High-level building issues.
High-level credit issues.
Obtaining photo/film permissions for PR/Marketing.
That said, we're a start-up so we all do dishes sometimes. No task is beneath any of us.
