What We Seek

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our post-sales team. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running to manage our customer base and ensure they are getting the most out of Flo. The Account Manager demonstrates a thorough understanding of Flo Recruit’s products and will be responsible for driving engagement and adoption through all stages of the client life cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and the renewal process.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle - specifically upselling, cross-selling & renewing
  • Identify customer goals and proactively address them throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Build customer trust and deliver high-quality customer service through the customer lifecycle
  • Conduct quarterly, annual business reviews with the customer
  • Acting as the voice of our customers by providing customer feedback to the product team on a regular basis

What You Should Have

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience or relevant experience
     
  • Excellent phone, email, and in-person/virtual communication skills
  • Prioritize tasks ruthlessly
  • Relentless CRM (Hubspot preferable) hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with customer success, technical services, product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Communicate customer needs to product management succinctly
  • Help customer marketing in developing compelling customer references and case studies
  • Strong customer relationship and consultative selling skills with knowledge of at least one sales methodology (BANT/MEDDIC/Sandler/Challenger)
  • Bring innovative ideas and constantly experiment
  • Embrace change on a daily basis and thrive in ambiguous situations
  • Extreme Ownership - take responsibility for the situation and "own" the outcome

Remote Policy

As of January 2022, we have an East Austin office available to those who prefer to work in person. For employees seeking to work remotely, we ask them to join us in the office at least four times per month, with no longer than a two-week gap in attendance. We also hold a required All Hands meeting once a month and plan to eventually return to the office.
