As an Account Manager at AffiniPay, you will be part of a collaborative sales team based in Austin, Texas, working with professionals nationwide to determine the best payment solution for their business. In addition, you will be responsible for growing your pipeline through inbound leads, outbound calls, and referrals.

Your day-to-day:
- Exceed performance standards for sales and new account goals
- Grow your pipeline through inbound leads, outbound calls, and referrals
- Achieve detailed knowledge of AffiniPay products and services
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at various trade shows and events
- Assist other account managers when needed, in an effort to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain accurate, clear, and updated data for all assigned prospects and customers in Salesforce
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay educated on the new developments in payments and with your individual clients
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in a Sales/Account Management role with proven success
- A sense of humor and ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, dynamic personality
- Knowledge of all basic Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
- Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tool
- Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
- This position will be a hybrid remote/in office role, and must be local to Austin
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
