Chive Media Group is looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager that will work to support the Licensing and Business Development vertical. 

The Account Manager for Licensing and Business Development will be a key member of a growing team that will work diligently to meet its objectives and provide best-in-class service and support to our partners. This position will be based in Austin, TX, and will report to the VP of Licensing and Business Development. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Candidate will take the lead in building proposals, bringing together all necessary elements from our turnkey to custom licensing programs
• Create licensing/business proposals, sales forecasts, term sheets, case studies, and prepare questions; understand client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, and competitive landscape
• Manage all aspects of royalty reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
• Produce all pre-sale documents including presentations, proposals, and company templates for distribution
• Manage product approvals and communication with partners for Chive Media Group
• Keep department head informed of all key issues associated with partnership efforts
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Chive Media Group’s products, programs, partnerships, and editorial slate
• Manage and foster growth and collaboration with new and existing partners 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of licensing experience
• 3-5 years of account management experience
• Consumer products / E-commerce experience a plus
• Excellent knowledge of PPT and Excel
• Experience with Flowhaven a plus
• Working knowledge of Photoshop/Photoshop Elements major plus!
• Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible, and highly motivated
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
