What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, your primary focus is to maximize the revenue potential by driving account growth and customer satisfaction of our existing install base. We accomplish this by strategically working with the subset of our customers that have the highest growth potential and together with the total addressable market (TAM), we are doing everything possible to capture that potential i.e. through onboarding projects, etc.
Account Managers are also responsible for renewal events for all of our customers as well as other one-time revenue opportunities. We aim to engage with customers that have long-term growth potential in the form of business expansion opportunities to create new lines of revenue.
Account Managers are primarily measured through overall revenue growth from our existing install base. As such, Account Managers partner with Customer Success to minimizing churn and assist in any Watchlist activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers for usage increases and price increases.
- Execute renewal process including communication, negotiation, and collection of payment.
- Plan and execute longer-term, strategic sales programs for strategic accounts.
- Work with Customer Success team to proactively maximize retention through the Watchlist process.

- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
