Rex is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to build a world-class sales organization that will drive growth through enterprise sales
Key attributes:
- 3-4 years of sales leadership with experience scaling and managing a sales function
- A track record of software sales achieving against sales targets and exceeding quotas
- Experience working on an inside sales teams selling to both SMB and enterprise
- Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Things to do:
- Create the plans and strategies for growth through direct and partner sales
- Focus on outbound sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Establish feedback channels to share product requirements requested by customers
- Work openly and intensely with the operations teams to ensure success of the business
