Rex is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to build a world-class sales organization that will drive growth through enterprise sales

Key attributes:

• 3-4 years of sales leadership with experience scaling and managing a sales function
• A track record of software sales achieving against sales targets and exceeding quotas
• Experience working on an inside sales teams selling to both SMB and enterprise 
• Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Things to do:

• Create the plans and strategies for growth through direct and partner sales
• Focus on outbound sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Establish feedback channels to share product requirements requested by customers
• Work openly and intensely with the operations teams to ensure success of the business
