Job Role Overview:

Rex is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join GetDones Growth team. This individual will build a world-class sales organization that will drive growth through enterprise sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute the plans and strategies for growth through direct and partner sales
  • Focus on outbound sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings/events
  • Establish feedback channels to share product requirements requested by customers
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure success of the business


What you offer:

  • 3-5 years of sales leadership with experience scaling and managing a sales function, OR 5+ years of Property Management experience
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling software, real estate services, property management, or products from other IoT industries
  • Experience working on an inside sales teams selling to both SMB and enterprise 
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Location

We are located near Pennybacker Bridge on 360 overlooking the Colorado River and Austin Country Club. Our office has great views of the Westlake area with a decent number of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
