We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about business development and building a robust partner ecosphere to create the most innovative and comprehensive portfolio of products in Real Estate.

Our ideal Business Development Manager, you have experience as a Solutions Architect or Business Developer driving OEM technology partnerships and strategies. You have a proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex solutions-led programs to meet business objectives, excellent program and project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, and a passion for helping organizations innovate and create new and exciting experiences using cloud technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •   Working backwards from business/agent/consumer technology needs, identify solutions themes and strategies.
  •   Define and execute a sourcing strategy and business development playbook plan for KW Technology partners.
  •   Partnering with Legal, manage RFP and contract negotiation process through redlines and contract execution.
  •   Collaborate with the technical teams gather requirements to launch technical partner solutions including: reference architectures, deployment guidelines and release plans
  •   Act as a liaison between Product, Development and partner teams; driving internal and external relationships to ensure successful onboarding/implementation of key technology partners.
  •   Coordinate and orchestrate product requirements gathered from partners.
  •   Drive analysis and support of investment decisions and offer business perspective to influence key strategic decisions.
  •   Proactively identify issues that impede business group success and providing solutions/recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  •   BS/BA and related work experience required, MBA a plus (or equivalent experience).
  •   8 years’ experience in Business Development, Solutions Engineering and/or Product Management.
  •   5 years’ experience driving successful technology partnerships and bringing hardware, software and/or services to market in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •   Demonstrated experience leading, influencing and driving collaboration.
  •   Demonstrated experience sourcing and managing multiple third party partner relationships simultaneously.
  •   Demonstrated ability to define organizational priorities, establish roadmaps, and sustain the process and artifacts.
  •   Excellent communicator who understands the value of different mediums.
  •   Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and to drive meaningful/rationalized results out of the ambiguity.
  •   Experience in/knowledge of web API.
  •   Previous programming / hands on software development experience a strong plus.
