Responsibilities & Requirements
EveryAction is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Pittsburgh, PA (Wexford, PA) This exciting role is essential for assisting our sales team's prospecting efforts. In this capacity, you will be uncovering new opportunities by extensively researching and developing outreach strategies to engage target enterprise accounts; as well as supporting the mid-market team with inbound research.

- Driven sales performers with a demonstrated capacity to meet/exceed goals
- Self starter who isn't afraid to make outbound calls and is tenacious and competitive at cultivating sales leads
- At least 6 months experience making outbound calls, fundraising, door-to-door sales, or any relevant sales experience with cold outreach
- Exceptional online research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience fundraising for a non-profit (this is a bonus)
