Business Development Representative (Spanish)

The job
We are looking for Business Development Representatives to be at the forefront of the sales process. When a prospective Zello customers email us, chat with us, submit forms on our website, or start free trials - you will on the other end of the proverbial line. In other words, you will be our customers' first contact with the company and you be responsible for their very first experiences with us while conducting customer discovery work to find out who they are and how Zello can best serve their needs. Many of our inbound prospects are Spanish-speaking, and so we are looking to hire somebody who speaks and writes business level Spanish fluently.
After a successful first 3 months you will
- Exceed your goals for responsiveness and lead discovery quality
- Be an expert at our CRM and accurately capture all the information the sales team needs about leads
- Have become an authority on Zello’s products, competitors, and customers
- Be able to clearly articulate our product's value for most common use cases
What you’ll do
- Quickly follow up on inbound phone calls, contact forms, emails and website chats
- Qualify sales leads based upon established criteria
- Research prospects online and then learn from outreach to understand need capture in the CRM and communicate with the sales team
- Strategically research, identify, and contact potential customers to generate interest via cold calls and email campaigns
- Build and manage a lead development pipeline within our CRM through inbound lead follow-up and prospecting
- Execute on various marketing campaigns to support integrated sales and marketing demand generation initiatives
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
What you’ll bring
- You are bilingual in Spanish
- Energy and enthusiasm. You are self-motivated, positive, and passionate about serving others
- Clear, professional and friendly phone and video conferencing. You know what to say and how to say it
- Fast, clear and concise writing skills
- Fantastic active listening skills. You are able to uncover customer needs and problems so that we can share solutions
- Bonus if you have experience in a SaaS startup
- Challenging degree or past experiences to demonstrate your grit
