What you’ll be doing:

The BDR is responsible for lead follow up, opportunity identification and pipeline growth across our target market.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Set and manage new qualified Discovery Call Meetings for Account Team
  • Lead follow up via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Activity levels of 75-100 calls per day
  • Develop and qualify opportunities with large enterprises
  • Partnering with Marketing for demand generation strategies
  • Maintaining CRM (Salesforce)
  • Align with tenured Account Executives, for sales campaign strategy to build territory pipeline

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years Technology Sales preferred, but not required.
  • High volume outbound calling, or BDR experience preferred, but not required.
  • Hunter mentality in seeking new business
  • Highly competitive, achievement oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
  • Ability to create demand, cold call, lead follow up and appointment setting
  • Successful track record of sustained achievement of targets in a sales role or in college
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Proficiency using sales tools a plus

Education

A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required.
