Business Development Representative

Who you are:

You are a motivated and results-driven lead hunter who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. Your ability to elicit emotional buy-in and ask probing questions is second to none and you guide your prospect through the selling funnel. As a Business Development Representative for Netsparker, you will be growing your own enterprise pipeline primarily through generating sales leads and promoting Netsparker's services to new global enterprise accounts.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads
  • Effectively identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including outbound marketing leads, prospecting lists, tradeshow and event lists, and self-sourced research 
  • Engaging with decision makers and influencers at mid-sized to enterprise level businesses to uncover opportunities for our cyber security solutions
  • Quickly develop value-based business relationships customers
  • You will set qualified appointments and develop leads for our Inside Enterprise Sales team
  • Identify client needs and requirements via consultative process
  • Develop internal sales relationships to advance territory funnels

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills in a detail-oriented setting
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a results-driven environment
  • Competitive nature with a solution-focused mindset
  • World class oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales activity and quotas at previous/current job

   This is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
