In this role you will be responsible for fielding all inbound leads. You’ll be expected to respond to these leads in a very timely manner and help get the prospect set up with a Product Specialist for their demo. You’ll be tasked with helping customers discover pain points in their businesses that they may not have known existed and translating those pain points into very detailed notes.
How you'll add value:
- You will be responsible for manning our inbound chat through our website (Drift) with an average response time of less than 1 minute
- Promptly respond to inbound Demo Requests through both emails and phone calls, putting the prospect in a sequence when applicable
- Take very comprehensive notes whenever speaking to a prospect, including but not limited to; pain points, decision process, current platforms, and how they heard about R365
- Manage your pipeline in both Salesforce and Outreach, making sure that everything is recording properly
- Clearly communicate with all of the Account Executives and SDRs when setting demos and transferring over leads
- Work closely with your Account Executives to ensure a smooth and enjoyable sales process for your prospects
- Aside from inbounds, in this role, you may have a focus on prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling demos for our Payroll and Channel teams.

- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- The ability to connect and have a meaningful conversation with a complete stranger
- Strong time management skills and being able to work independently
- A high level of drive and competitiveness. You always want to win!
- The ability to talk to people from all different levels within a restaurant organization. From a General Manager up to a CEO
