About the position 

In this role, you make an impact on the business and our customers every day by owning a critical combination of Sales and Operational functions. You will onboard new clients, train users and provide general education on the benefits and value of Talroo. You will conduct ongoing performance analysis and proactively provide recommendations for campaign renewals to ensure achievement of success KPI’s agreed upon by the CSA and client. You’ll prepare and conduct monthly trend and metric reviews with clients, elicit customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products, and mindfully forecast client investment.

As a Client Success Advisor at Talroo, you will:  

  • Establish and maintain the position of trusted business partner with stakeholders of all levels to close sales and upsells quickly 
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to demonstrate account performance and test various scenarios for improved success 
  • Partner with clients to ensure they are accurately measuring success and ROI from Talroo 
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and campaign performance presentations to existing clients 
  • Support the National Account Manager (NAM) by providing data to support effective quarterly business reviews 
  • Monitor and analyze trends within clients and constantly execute on new ways to impress (wow) clients 
  • Foster and grow existing clients to ensure successful product and feature adoption 
  • Identify and analyze trends that can be addressed via product upsell 
  • Provide appropriate product suggestions on a client-by-client basis 
  • Grow existing business consistently at or above goal 
  • Continually seek opportunities for growth to ensure customers are as successful as possible 
  • Maintain a high volume of relevant activity to help nurture relationships 
  • Minimize churn by enlisting all available corporate resources to solve problems and drive results for clients 
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan to retain and grow existing clients quarter over quarter 
  • Accurately set up client in Talroo system, e.g. pool, source, campaign, pixel 
  • Continually monitor each account within your book and make optimizations (bids, budgets, segmentation and overall ROI) to facilitate best performance and consistent improvement, budget fulfillment and overall client retention quarter over quarter 
  • Continually evolve your sales process through natural drive and curiosity, and by listening to the needs of the market and the experiences of your customers 
  • Resolve technical, product and account issues as they occur 
  • Accurately and consistently document all sales activity in Salesforce 

What we’re looking for in a highly qualified candidate: 

  • At least 1-3 years of strategic sales or account management in tech, advertising, marketing or analytics 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required  
  • Open to change in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Creative problem solving (must love data and analytics) 
  • Relentless passion to win 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
