Senior B2B Partner Marketing Manager

Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping apps for ecommerce sites, selling to clients large and small around the world. We have a fantastic reputation and are recognized for our high-quality service. Our SaaS product, ShipperHQ, launched in 2015 and is growing quickly!
Our team spans the UK, Australia, and the US with the core team based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude that is willing to grow with the company.
The Role
You will develop a deep understanding of the ShipperHQ partner and ecommerce ecosystem and execute a global partner marketing plan in support of growth objectives. You’ll craft partner marketing messaging, collateral and thought leadership content, awareness activities, and demand generation programs to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver revenue growth. You will act as the primary marketing contact for our logistics, agency, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage best-in-class joint partner marketing programs from strategy to execution for impactful cross-channel campaigns to drive acquisition, adoption, and awareness
Work cross-functionally with the partnership team, product marketing, and revenue teams to execute campaign tactics and deliverables
Build detailed campaign plans, including goals, messaging, marketing channels, follow-up activities, and success tracking
Establish program tracking and reporting requirements
Work with partners to identify areas for cross-promotion including blogs, case studies, webinars, and other content creation opportunities
Manage announcements and launch communications, ensuring that partners have the tools and assets they need to effectively promote and communicate to their audiences
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone with:
Degree in Communications, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations, or Business
7+ years B2B partner marketing experience (ecommerce and SaaS preferred)
Data-driven partner marketer with experience analyzing and reporting on program results
Experience with B2B multichannel marketing strategies and tactics
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Ability to come up with new ideas and execute on them
Ability to master new technical content and subject matter quickly

This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office.
Compensation is based on experience.
