Rex is seeking a Customer Success Manager who can play a key role in scaling our customer base and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Key attributes:
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a high growth company
- Naturally possess a high level of compassion and seek to learn the needs of customers
- Experience in Negotiating contracts (up-sell/renewals)
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred)
Things to do:
- Onboard customers to ensure our service is successful from the first job onwards
- Manage a book of existing business focusing on renewals and upselling
- Establish feedback channels to share product requirements requested by customers
- Anticipate issues and find opportunities to replicate and systematize solutions
