Rev.com is looking for an energetic and ambitious Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive revenue from a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

 Today, we have grassroots-level adoption at the top companies in the world, e.g., CNN, Facebook, Viacom. The CSM’s mandate is to foster these relationships and make Rev their preferred transcription and closed caption vendor.

You will report to our VP Sales and will be accountable for increasing revenue and total users from your portfolio of accounts. As you prove the success, we will expand the team, and you will be their manager. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts - oversee adoption and use of Rev’s transcription and closed caption services
  • Identify and grow opportunities - navigate internal stakeholders to become their vendor of choice and enter new business units
  • Serve as a Rev subject matter expert - be able to talk fluently about our services and their fit for the customer’s needs
  • Become the voice of the customer - collect feedback to drive new product feature development
  • Serve as an escalation point (internally and externally) for issues that impact the customer’s success
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing and Product on handling customer relationships and launching new features
  • Analyse and present performance data - total revenue and users across your portfolio, growth rate, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree from a four-year university
  • Consulting, investment banking or entrepreneurship experience. Sales experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate customer problems into tactical solutions
  • Willingness to embrace change, growth, and the fun of a startup environment
  • Self-motivated and driven personality
