The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to develop and run our lead generation marketing program. This person will be a hands-on player/coach for a small team, responsible for executing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation, SEO and SEM lead generation, social media lead generation, and website/landing page creation and optimization. The Director of Marketing will also work with the Marketing team to guide strategy and execution for our product marketing, content creation, and design.
Responsibilities:
- Create, evolve, and execute the inbound marketing strategy for Digital Pharmacist
- Lead a small team of marketers in the creation, optimization (A/B scenario testing), and reporting on demand generation campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and product updates
- Identify and drive opportunities for more personalized, contextual engagement with customers
- Expand marketing engagement throughout the lifecycle of the customer to drive additional product usage and loyalty
- Establish and maintain customer personas aligning the broader company around the journey and needs of customers
- Lead the strategy, logistics, and execution of trade shows and events
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and leading teams
- Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Hubspot preferred
- Proficient in Looker or similar high powered data visualization/analytics tools
- Advanced skills in SEO/SEM/B2B Social Media advertising and landing page optimization
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Understand the economic concepts of SaaS and online media models, can clearly articulate a business case and is able to track ROI
- Exposure to healthcare marketing welcome but not required
