REX is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. If you are customer-focused, have a consultative approach when trying to solve problems, and can communicate effectively over the phone, email, and texts, we want to hear from you. The role is the first point of contact with potential customers and we want you to not only create a great first impression but be able to build trust quickly to ensure these individuals continue down the REX journey of utilizing our services.   • Build relationships, generate excitement, and share REX’s value proposition with potential customers
  • Respond to and convert incoming leads to the appropriate next steps, which include phone calls and written inquiries (e.g. chat, email); collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the sales team to secure new customer appointments, generate sales activity reports, coordinate transactions, and prepare quotes
  • Review dashboard for new leads and disposition accordingly
  • Identify opportunities for the various REX ancillary products and services including REX Home Loans, Insurance, Home Services (painting, moving, staging, repairs, etc)
  • Work cross-functionally with other sales departments (real estate agents and Account Managers)
  • Maintain contact follow-ups with agents and customers according to the follow-up dates in salesforce while staying in compliance with REX SOP’s or REX Alert
  • Before reaching out to customers, review the Buyer/Seller lead for any information that can be used to smoothly introduce REX Home Insurance, REX Home Loans, or REX Home Services

What You Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service, support, or sales role
  • Availability to work evenings on occasion and 1 weekend day per week
  • Possess communication skills, especially phone presence and energy.
  • Ability to manage and nurture prospects and customer follow-up through a CRM
  • Exhibit REX’s brand attributes: creative and innovative problem-solver with the desire to be an industry-changer to make buying and selling of real estate better for consumers
  • While not required, previous experience with Salesforce, Slack, GSuite, and Macbooks is preferred
  • A high degree of professionalism; able to remain calm and rational in times of confusion, rapid change, or pressure
  • Team-oriented; willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Ability to effectively work individually and as a team without needing a great deal of supervision
  • Good time management skills
  • Quick learner, as processes can change often
  • Effectively communicate with team members and with other departments
  • Strong sales skills and ability to overcome objections.

Social Mission:
REX sets aside a portion of all income from selling homes to fund homes for families in dire need. It is our mission to contribute one home for every 50 homes we sell. We started in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, where we partnered with World Housing and the Cambodian Children's Fund to help homeless families get back on their feet.
