We are looking for a professional and highly motivated problem solver to join our Customer Success Team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all new clients demonstrating the value of our payment solutions. You are an effective problem solver and someone who thrives in dynamic environments, with a curiosity about learning new concepts quickly and a drive to continually improve upon processes. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are analytically minded, self-starting, detail-oriented and skilled at solving problems and explaining sophisticated issues. You will be equally passionate about AffiniPay’s solutions as you are about crafting outstanding customer experiences.
Your day to day:
- Welcome all new accounts to AffiniPay by conducting phone consultations/training sessions ensuring our new customers are comfortable in the new system.
- Quality check new accounts as they come out of Underwriting, offering a final inspection before they are live. This includes tasks such as checking for typos, confirming account information is accurate, and completing any customization to the account per the customer’s requests.
- Encourage product adoption with AffiniPay’s customers by sharing tips, tricks, and standard methodologies.
- Assist in basic custom changes to better fit customers’ business needs.
- Provide customer support by answering any questions customers may have about their new account.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills; both written and verbal. Must be friendly, clear, and a strong speaker
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
- Excellent time management and people skills
- Works well in a team setting
- Must be able to react positively to difficult situations
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position
- Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or similar programs required
- This position will be a hybrid remote/in office role, and must be local to Austin
