We’re on the hunt for an individual with a knack for automotive business development and account management. Our product, CoEFFICIENT, helps automotive OEMs drive strategies through their dealer network. You’ll build an auto partnership strategy + pipeline with OEM partners, communicate the benefits of our product, and generate new business. To make it happen, you’ll need to be an experienced leader with a proven record of nurturing relationships and delivering business results.

The Gig
 

  • Identify + foster strategic partnership opportunities
  • Engage with relevant ecosystem players 
  • Keep a pulse on competition in the auto technology space 
  • Grow revenue through partnerships 
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Initiate and manage proposal activities as needed
  • Refine messaging to align solutions with a target company’s corporate objectives
  • Create and sell mutually beneficial pilot engagements, where appropriate, and convert to full deployments

About You 

  • 10+ years of automotive sales and/or business development experience, with a history of driving, managing and closing enterprise technology deals to the automotive sector
  • You’ve been to NADA more times than you can count and have deep relationships in the industry
  • You’re tech-savvy and familiar with agile software development processes 
  • You’re able to sell to the C-suite as well as across IT and business lines 
  • You’ve sold and directed multi-million dollar, multi-year client engagements
  • You’re a clear + concise communicator especially when it comes to articulating ROI
  • You’re innately curious and fanatical about learning, especially when it comes to understanding software + auto best practices, trends, and techniques
  • You’re self-motivated, positive, adaptable, and always ready to pitch in and help 
  • You put people at ease and inspire trust in others
  • This role includes 50% travel + can be remote
