WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions to help fuel our continued success. Our rapidly growing Enterprise Sales team is a high-powered account acquisition machine focused on national enterprise accounts and the leading high-growth proptech players with ties to the real estate transaction.  As the Director of Enterprise Solutions you will play a critical role in growing Qualia’s business by building and leading a high performing team of Sales Engineers. Our Sales Engineers will play a vital role in demonstrating and communicating the value of Qualia’s solutions to customers in the real estate industry. You will also be responsible for expanding our ability to deliver valuable solutions to the enterprise segment by working with our prospects to define core workflows and validate operational business requirements, and working with product to identify solutions to product gaps for a successful transition to the Qualia platform. The ideal candidate for the role is operationally rigorous, consultative by nature, and has a proven track record of success leading solution-oriented teams to impressive results. You not only possess the skills to work alongside cross-functional collaborators to enable revenue expansion, but also to guide and empower our existing team of sales engineers to do the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and lead a high-powered sales solution engineering team that continually executes against a well-defined operational process
  • Develop and implement a repeatable program that enables the Enterprise Sales team to exceed revenue targets, while staying true to Qualia’s product vision
  • Create a culture of winning and continuous improvement by attracting, recruiting, training, and mentoring exceptional solution engineering talent
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to define and resolve sales execution and productivity gaps
  • Collaborate with the Qualia executive, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver curated, actionable business solutions and operational recommendations to our key enterprise clients 
  • Maintain a level of industry expertise that enables your ability to advise our partners on how to solve problems and internal stakeholders on the product enhancements necessary to bolster further sales in the enterprise segment
  • Mentor the exceptional sales talent within our Enterprise Sales team to facilitate continued organizational growth

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 5+ years leading enterprise sales solution engineering teams, preferably those with a platform business model
  • 5+ years enabling the growth and development of complex Enterprise SaaS products while in a pre-sales, sales or product role
  • Strong track record of developing high-performance sales engineering teams that execute a repeatable operating process and effectively partner with cross-functional collaborators to drive strong business outcomes
  • Experience influencing product direction and building buy-in for your vision
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving hyper-growth startup environment that requires dealing with ambiguity, solving problems, and thinking on your feet
  • Impeccable and professional communicator in any medium with ability to drive strategic alignment among key internal and external stakeholders and accelerate revenue generation
  • Able to build out compelling, well-researched proposals that guide partners on how to solve core operational problems without straying from your organization’s product goals
  • Extremely analytical and passionate about process improvements, with the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and see those initiatives through to completion
  • Fearless and effectual skills coach who can hold your team accountable to consistent execution on deliverables
  • Documented history of enabling sales teams to hit revenue targets 
  • Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement
  • Experience within Product Management or real estate domain expertise is preferred
