Who We Are and What We Are About

Drumroll is infatuated with the WHY. Our focus is on turning often-overlooked moments into meaningful connections, in memorable and measurable ways. We started Drumroll with a vision of a new kind of agency, one that supports brands struggling to differentiate themselves through products and services alone and who can no longer reach and engage audiences through common advertising tactics. We believed then, as we do now, that the experience a customer has with a brand is an extension of that company’s values, products and services. And a great experience can create a valuable customer for life.

The Director of New Business Development will lead the agency’s new business efforts. This person will work closely with agency leadership to identify targets and develop long- and short-term new business plans in order to successfully drive tactics to acquire new clients. This role will be instrumental in proactively seeking qualified prospects and developing the agency’s new business pipeline. They will develop strategic relationships with prospects and be able to demonstrate the agency’s core philosophies and capabilities. They will help lead our end-to-end pitch process and have the ability to own smaller new business asks independently. As such, they will be PowerPoint wunderkinds and have the ability to create their own decks as needed.
