Who You Are
Ontic is looking for an experienced and mission-driven Director of Revenue Operations who will be responsible for providing insights and support to optimize the performance of the Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams. This role is based in our Austin, Texas headquarters, but can also be remote.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data driven leader to work hand in hand with leadership to create and monitor key performance indicators for the go-to-market teams. You will build and execute core operational processes while maintaining the infrastructures that power them.
As a critical member of the Finance team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Services teams, and contribute your knowledge, perspectives and capabilities to Ontic’s overall go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the effectiveness of the go-to-market technology stack including SalesLoft, Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pendo and Yesware.
- Proactively drive a high degree of CRM data quality by leveraging creative system solutions and delivering user training.
- Design and continuously evaluate key processes to ensure that Company strategy is being executed effectively by the go-to-market teams.
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
- Provide strategic guidance to Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Finance leadership through data driven insights.
- Support annual business planning process including development of territory, quota, and operational plans for Sales teams.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Finance leaders to drive the revenue forecast and key pipeline analyses.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure the lead lifecycle process is implemented and executed effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership to provide insights into the marketing funnel, campaign influence, and conversion rates throughout the journey.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in Sales or Marketing Operations. At least 3+ years of Salesforce administration. Other system administration and integration experience preferred.
- Experience with establishing and managing Revenue Operations for an Enterprise SaaS company, preferably with large ACV customer contracts.
- A track record of optimizing sales processes in a high revenue growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with leadership to gather requirements, implement process and report on results.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability.
- Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
