Director, Sales Development
Khoros is working for a Director, Sales Development to manage a high-performing lead generation team. We are seeking an inspiring, metrics driven, and strategic leader who is passionate about management and excited to groom Khoros' high potential hires.
- Direct, lead & motivate SDR's to exceed individual and team goals
- Compile weekly/monthly team reports, modify as needed
- Proactively work to improve the cadence and throughput of the assigned sales development resources as we grow Khoros' marketplace presence and success story.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development.
- Work with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure efficient prospect/customer information exchange and hand-off.
- Conduct weekly forecasts
- Remove roadblocks to SDR success
- 4-6 years of management experience in Sales, Sales Development or Inside Sales management, preferably in high technology-based products and/or services
- Experience managing multiple direct reports
- Expertise in social media and online marketing
- Proven ability to set and manage customer expectations
- Proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management with Salesforce.com
- Ability to operate independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Superior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
