The Director, Sales Operations will work closely with the Head of Sales Operations to build and maintain tools, processes and data that enables an efficient and successful Sales organization. You will directly manage the Sales Operations team and help act as the connection point between Sales and our back-office functions.

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales Operations to proactively identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement
  • Implement, document and enforce processes, infrastructure and tools that enable commercial success, smooth collaboration with adjacent departments and clear visibility into Sales performance
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing and other departments to provide meaningful reporting, metrics and analyses that deliver key business insights
  • Maintain and update an easy-to-use, accurate quoting tool
  • Develop, create and maintain all associated sales compensation documentation
  • Develop processes, safeguards and regular checks to ensure data integrity within CRM
  • Deliver process training and reinforce processes to Sales Team
  • Maintain and constantly evaluate territories, account and lead assignments, quotas, and comp plans to keep the Sales team aligned with broader company objectives
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations
  • 2+ years experience leading and managing teams
  • Expert level Salesforce.com administration skills and/or equivalent of other CRM tools (any experience with CPQ would be ideal)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills
  • Sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude
  • Up to 25% travel
