The Director of Sales, Relationship Management sits at the forefront of ACG’s growth. In this role, you will hire, develop, and coach our Relationship Managers who own the commercial relationship with our current clients. Our team of Relationship Managers are in a sales function and are responsible for growth of our current customers at renewal and off-cycle.

As Director of Sales, Relationship Management at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Play a lead role in developing our growth strategy strategy over the coming years
- Be an executive sponsor to our key accounts, selling alongside our individual contributors
- Develop various sales playbooks, including outbound prospecting, key account program, account/territory planning, churn mitigation, and others
- Build your team from front line manager to individual contributor & establish a culture of high performance
- Collaborate with our senior leaders in Customer Success, Marketing, Product & Acquisition to build a seamless customer engagement operation

- Leverage our data & insights for both forward planning and short term wins
- Identify & lead key go-to-market projects

What you bring to the table

- 5+ years leading overachieving sales teams, preferred experience in senior leadership
- Experience owning the commercial relationship in existing clients, with responsibility for growth at renewal & off cycle add-on
- Experience with a SaaS/subscription sales required
- Track record in leading operationally efficient teams

It’s our goal to provide you a fair, efficient interviewing experience that respects you and your time — and to do it all with a sidecar of delight.
Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Depending on your role, you might then be asked to do a little homework (but nothing too time consuming).
