Director of Sales
Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re looking for a Director of Sales to join our quickly growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a high-impact contributor looking to join a company in the midst of rapid scale. 2021 will be a year of hyper-growth for the sales team at Luxury Presence and we hope you’ll consider playing a critical role in the journey.

You’re gifted at:
-Creating and executing strategy for scaling team and process
-Mastering digital product and software, market opportunities, and industries
-A knack for creating process, writing scripts, and coaching up
-Increasing rep productivity by having defined metrics and accountability and following up with stringent measurement and transparency across team and company
-Growing monthly recurring revenue, a SaaS expert
You have:
-3+ years of sales leadership experience
-Successfully managed and scaled a SaaS sales team
-Hired fantastic sellers and managed them to maximize output
-Executive leadership qualities, the ability to thrive with a seat at the table
-An innate hunger for growth and success
You command:

Its solutions include stunning website design, an engaging home search tool, an agent-to-agent listing referral network, powerful content & SEO strategies, expert-lead social media management, and digital advertising for lead generation.
