WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work as an EPAM Drupal Architect in collaboration with sales/pre-sales teams, account managers, heads of business units, and EPAM Competency Centers, providing technical guidance, oversight, and solution design and direction
• Develop and present project proposals, technical and project management guidelines for development of complex Drupal-based applications in multiple business domains
• Suggest solution implementation approaches, create estimates, timelines, and cost analyses that will lead to successful sales, implementation, and program delivery
• Kick off new projects and drive initial discovery, working with EPAM project management and clients to define functional, system, and architectural requirements and build prototypes and proofs of concept
• Provide ongoing thought leadership in the form of EPAM blog posts, white papers, workshops, and conference sessions

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with proficiency in the definition and implementation of complex system architectures and technical leadership of Drupal projects
• Experience working with the Acquia Digital Experience Platform, ideally with one or more Acquia certifications
• Extensive experience with integration of software solutions in enterprise IT
• Experience in project management or technical team lead positions, excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software development processes and Agile/SCRUM
• Experience with and good understanding of enterprise applications and Drupal-adjacent technologies such as: high-performance, highly transactional web applications, mobile development, content management solutions, e-commerce solutions, e-business frameworks or business intelligence
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with clients and enhance the EPAM brand
• Ability to work with and build strong relationships with distributed EPAM teams in an Agile environment
