Role Description

Dropbox is looking for a motivated individual to run strategic programs for our global SMB sales team, which we run with an outsourced vendor across several locations in North America, Europe and Australia. You’ll manage critical projects across our inbound and outbound sales motions that will help us grow our business, improve the experience for our customers and help us work more efficiently as a team. This role will allow you to partner closely with our outsourced partners as well as many internal teams and cross-functional partners. 

 

We will look to you to implement new processes and work with the existing programs to improve them. You will focus on strong operational skills and scaling our business even further.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to implementation
  • Analyze our current operations and identify areas of opportunity
  • Build a roadmap for improving and transforming our sales processes
  • Optimize and pilot innovations through experimental practices
  • Manage communications and change management internally and externally (with outsourced vendors)
  • Measure impact of innovations with thoughtful KPI’s 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement systems and tools improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, operations or project management
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven record of achieving ambitious targets
  • Great energy coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
