We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative with 1 or more years of business development experience. In this role, you will be based out of our Austin office and will report to the VP of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold outreach via email, phone, and social channels
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn Yonder's selling practices
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  • Identify qualified opportunities and accelerate deals at the top of our sales funnel
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, conferences, and demand generation activities
  • Execute scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
  • Stay abreast of the news for each account and industry trends you can leverage in your outreach
  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Yonder’s key prospect & customer accounts

What You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience crafting customized, targeted communication to generate sales activity in an enterprise sales environment
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Active listener and strong communication skills
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated spirit
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Salesforce experience preferred
