• 3+ yrs experience, expert 0-1 BD, pre-sales, closing early customers, growth hacking
• Strong interest in all things blockchain related. Previous experience preferred but not required. 
• Belief / bias that best finance source is from your customers; cash flow = king
• Builder / hustler with extreme grit, driving team to invent on behalf of end-user
• Drives rapid iterations / hacks, partnering w/ product, design, devs; invents for end-user

• Work with members of the founding team to drive strategy / product roadmap
• Aggressively + strategically drive teams, grow revenue, create cash-flow, cut costs
• Partner in all: biz dev, product, marketing; relentlessly cut costs / push sales
• Ensure excellence with investment materials created for capital raise
