35K Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

What is RoverPass?

RoverPass is a startup focusing on the campground and RV park industry.  We provide campgrounds and RV parks with a property management system and marketing services to help drive them more business. We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach.  The Sales team at RoverPass supports everything that we do, and you’ll play an important role in growing the business. If you want to learn as much as you would in 5 years in less than 1 year, this is the job for you.   

 

What is the Position?

We are currently in a period of expansion and acquisition adding new campground clients to our platform, and the Sales Development Representative role is instrumental in developing and growing our list of customers. The leads list comes to the SDR prequalified by our Lead Qualification team. The SDR then calls and initiates the conversation while recording in the CRM the contact person, ideal times to reach them, and any other pertinent information. Ultimately the SDR passes a qualified lead to our Account Executive team to demo and close. This pass-off represents a win for the SDR.

Growth opportunities possible within 6-12 months into roles such as: Senior Rep, Account Executive, and Account Management.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make 100 calls per day to build and manage a pipeline
  • Prospect via warm and cold-calling, e-mail, and utilizing Internet information sources (corporation-wiki, linkedin, etc.)
  • Convey RoverPass’ vision and promote the benefits of using our product to campgrounds across the nation
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quota measured in quantity of demonstrations successfully conducted and quantity of new campgrounds using RoverPass products per month

Your Qualities:

  • No sales experience required, but we are looking for qualities that make a great rep. You are: fearless, outgoing, enjoy speaking to new people, and able to clearly communicate ideas and thoughts.
