Digital marketing is advancing at a dizzying pace and companies are turning to the Adobe Marketing Cloud, the leader in enterprise marketing software, to stay ahead. Solution Architects help Adobe Marketing Cloud customers succeed by advising them on the right digital marketing strategies, product implementation approaches and consulting services needed to meet their business objectives.
As the Head of Americas Solution Architecture, you will lead and evolve this critical function. Each member of your team partners with Adobe sales teams during the sales cycle to conduct customer discovery, define the scope of consulting services, clearly articulate the vision and roadmap for digital maturity and present findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for defining a path to effectively scale the Solution Architect practice through planning, people development, methodology definition, and demonstrating exceptional leadership. This involves maintaining a keen understanding of the Adobe product strategy, consulting offerings, market demand to find opportunities where Adobe Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers (such as increased revenue, improved customer experience, and more effective use of marketing budgets).
This role will work closely with all Adobe Marketing Cloud sales teams to ensure healthy pipeline development and articulation of value Adobe brings to our customers.What you need to succeed:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier consulting organization
- Track record of leading, hiring, and mentoring high-performing teams
- Proven history of working with customers to define scope and sell large enterprise transformation engagements
- Experience leading successful customer programs in marketing, digital transformation, or customer-experience
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create new points of view and frameworks
- Deep operational mindset that focuses on team output and scale
- Experience working through change management in highly-matrixed organizations
- High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
