What we’re looking for:
Sips by is seeking a high-performing Head of Sales / Partnerships to drive the Brand Partner Program, grow our Third-Party Sales Channels, launch Corporate Sales and our Wholesale Program. We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious professional who will lead important growth areas for our company, working closely with the Co-founders and across the team to execute their areas of the business with efficiency and excellence. The right candidate will hold a high level of integrity and thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments, with a focus on driving strategy, and leading a team to nurture and develop external relationships.
Tea Brand Partner Program Ownership
Driving scale of the Brand Partner Program is a primary function of this role. As a dynamic thought leader, project manager, and visionary, you’ll own providing world-class marketing services and consultation to Sips by brand partners. This includes working with a team you’ll develop for strategic account management, working cross-functionally with the Marketing Team for sales lifecycle campaign optimization and ongoing deliverables reporting; as well as with our Operations Team to drive brand partner onboarding and service.
Success for this leader will be defined as high brand partner satisfaction and hitting brand partner supply targets. This director is ultimately responsible for all facets of account performance and brand partner satisfaction on the Sips by ecomm and subscription platforms.
Strategic Sales & Partnership Channel Growth
In addition to scaling our Brand Partner Program, you’ll own working closely with Sips by Co-founders to drive growth of new channels, channel partners, and other third parties that help to achieve overall company revenue goals. This will involve determining a prioritized strategic approach based on assumed impact, combined with contract negotiations, and defining resource needs to achieve. You’ll ultimately build a team under you to effectively drive growth across the following sales channels: Wholesale, Third Party D2C, Corporate, other.
The ideal candidate will have extensive partner development, management, and engagement experience.
Have a solid understanding of D2C digital marketing, and B2B marketing.
The ability to support expert data analysis, to develop strategy aligned to organizational KPIs, and to define and build a team necessary to execute on a strategy they create and drive.
This is a senior role that will have growth / revenue ownership and will work directly with the Co-founders of the business and across the team.
