RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, maintain and grow alliance relationship and status level with Salesforce in North America, including senior stakeholders, and aligning with the Global Salesforce practice and multi-cloud strategy
  • Partner with EPAM PAM and Industry PAMs to identify growth opportunities and accounts to target to expand Salesforce footprint
  • Develop and support overall NA Salesforce strategy alongside the Salesforce Practices product expert team, sales, strategic accounts and marketing teams
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, strategic accounts, practices and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening up new pipeline opportunities
  • Align with EPAM Strategic Accounts & solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
  • Target and cultivate relationships with key RVPs, AVPs and Solution Engineering teams at Salesforce to ensure EPAM is a well-known partner with strong Salesforce qualifications
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on partner program requirements, joint business plans and initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Help socialize new EPAM accelerators or offerings to key Salesforce audiences, driving more EPAM brand awareness and increasing pipeline opportunities
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories
  • Track Salesforce Navigator ranking and identify areas of expansion to improve ranking
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
  • Understand and manage partner's deal registration and status evaluation criteria by country
  • Work with NA Salesforce and Cloud team to present Yearly, Quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams and run QBR with partners by region


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Salesforce (Salesforce experience is a must)
  • 7+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Proven history managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required
  • Working knowledge of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must
