Overview of the role
You'll be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting one of the business's most important revenue streams. This role reports to the Demand Generation Director, and supports AE sales teams.
What awesome stuff you'll do
- Fielding inbound leads via website forms and inbound phone calls
- Doing quick background search, reviewing form information
- Calling to schedule the requested demo, asking a few questions to better understand the opportunity
- Deploying existing YesWare email cadence
- Actively working leads for 14 days before closing out
- Scheduling software demos on associated Account Executive's calendars
- Doing Salesforce.com system clean up/audits upon request
- Working tradeshow leads as needed
- Working additional lists sourced by you and the marketing team as needed
- Being knowledgeable on demographics (titles, geos, company size, etc)
- Being knowledgeable and proactive with gaining insights with prospective customers
- Being knowledgeable about how HubSpot and Salesforce.com data is flowing to proper fields and systems
What you'll need to be successful
- 1 - 3+ years experience in inbound lead qualification/sales experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Eagerness to meet or exceed quota
- Experience communicating between teams, working cross-functionally
- You don't get overwhelmed easily. You're organized and able to manage/prioritize a variety of smaller tasks and larger projects
- Collaborative, roll-up-sleeves, strategic and tactical mindset
- Sense of humor
- Excellent phone presence, clear communication and enunciation
- Customer Service Skills
