Your mission:
Shopgate is looking for an Inbound Marketing Business Development Representative to bridge the gap between sales and marketing by creating a more effective client journey from inbound to demo to deal. In this role, you will contact MQLs to discuss content they engaged with, therefore, it is your responsibility to consume and know all content used in marketing campaigns, webinars, ebooks, videos, landing pages and trade show messaging.
What you’ll do on a daily basis:
- Contact every inbound with the goal of setting a demo after submitting a form
- Contact every inbound who has requested a demo
- Schedule all trade show demos
- Attend all trade shows to funnel leads to account executives
- Follow-up on all leads from trade shows to ensure a demo is scheduled
- Manage website chat
- Answer inbound sales phone calls
- Brief and pass all set demos to an account executive
- Test ABM targets
Who you are:
- Past Experience (or high level of interest) with sales, preferably in a SaaS solution selling environment
- Ecommerce experience is a huge plus
- You are self-motivated and able to complete tasks on time, with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Willingness to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
