The Role
Overhaul is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. The Account Executive will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline, a mix of small to mid-size customer accounts, while executing sales strategies to secure deals to exceed account acquisition and revenue targets.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for selling our Truckshield product, an app-based real time visibility, risk mitigation, and safety management platform that empowers motor carriers to proactively manage risky driving behavior, create a documentable safety culture, and optimize manual processes related to managing their drivers.
Performance Responsibilities
- Drive growth by executing on both inbound and outbound lead opportunities, aiming for daily phone calls (50+) to further lead development and conversions
- Maintain strong relationships within client base to continue driving value-based solutions through Overhaul software and evolving product suite
- Drive value for prospects by conducting a consultative sale that highlights solution offerings, offers industry expertise and deep understanding of competitive landscape and positioning
- Perform sales presentations and software demos to match Overhaul solutions and value proposition with identified prospect problem statement and business needs
- Effectively manage all aspects of the sales process from initiation to contracting
- Accurately forecast annual and quarterly sales by possessing a full understanding of customer purchasing processes and lifecycle
- Maintain highly accurate, up to date CRM information on customers and opportunities.
What We Expect from You:
- 2+ years of SMB or Mid-Market sales experience in a quota-carrying role within a fast-paced, and competitive market with a focus on new business
- A track record of overachievement and consistently hitting sales targets
- Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing activities of the company
- Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Attend relevant industry conference events
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong business acumen and intuition
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High energy with a passion for your personal brand and strong customer facing presence
- Negotiation and contract development skills

Nice to Have:
- Previous SaaS selling experience
- Experience with SMB, or Mid-Market clients
- Supply chain experience
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Experience with SalesLoft or Salesforce CRM systems
